Enjoying a cup of coffee is just one of many reasons to visit the Landtmann. Guests flock here for its welcoming atmosphere and cosy elegance. We, the Querfeld family, have run Café Landtmann for over 40 years. It is our great pleasure to do all we can to preserve such extraordinary quality. Take a seat on original Thonet chairs from the imperial age, or in one of the snug heritage-protected booths. You gaze will no doubt fall on the historical inlay work on the walls and the mirrors from the Golden 1920s. These fine jewels stand testament to the great history of the Landtmann. But: we are not content to rest on our laurels as a unique coffee house institution; we also blend the famous Viennese coffee house culture with the modern age. And in the future too, Café Landtmann will remain a cosmopolitan, open and vibrant hub of hospitality.
